Executive Administrative Assistant
The Executive Administrative Assistant works closely with the Admission/Marketing Director, Business Office and Head of School to assist the Administrative Team. The assistant's goal is to help support the Head of School through parent, employee and Board communication. Other responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phones, inputting data, overseeing uniform store, scheduling tours, and overseeing prospective family's paperwork. As a small team, all staff are called on to take on various tasks. Moreover, it is the culture of the School to work as a team, helping and supporting one’s colleagues.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all the school’s constituents while maintaining strict confidentiality
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills; keen eye for detail; ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hard worker with a “can-do” style
Passionate about working with a wide range of individuals from diverse backgrounds
Ability to learn data software and database management software
Experience working with and being a team player with staff members
Willingness to immerse with the local, domestic and international families and community
Capacity to manage details while bringing multiple assignments to fruition with grace, speed, and flexibility
Technology skills in Google Office Suite, Canva, Square, and other online platforms preferred, or ability to learn and adapt.
Reports to the Head of School work closely with Administrative Office Staff.
STATUS: Position is full-time, 40 hours a week.
